As you are all aware, MWF is performing Qurbani in 18 countries world-wide this year. Below is a message we just recieved. It’s really touching and truly high-lights the wisdom in the idea of Qurbani (sacrifice) that our Prophet (Blessings and peace be upon him) transmitted to us.
ASSALAMU ALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARKATUHU.
I have received your eamil, alhamdulillah everry one here in madagali is glad making dua for you. Some people are shading teers of joy, they hard this news of qurbani, the poverty here too much, allahu subhanahu wata’ala will blessed you with aljannatul firdausi. i will here your voice oneday inshallah. If you want to speak with me please contact brother chubado to send for me because our town is doing electricity sharing, usually i travel 30 miles away to check my emails in maiduguri, nearby city, so our telephone has no charges some times. onbehalf of madagali people we send our greetings and pray for you all insallah.
He has seen that you have shortlisted Nigeria among the 10 benefitiaries of Qurbani around the world. He broke the news to the muslem community and leaders in Madagali, every one was excited. I gave them your name to make dua for you and your family at large and innitiators of this projects as well.
I told Hussaini, had it not because of your kindness effort that would have not come in to being. He told me how especially the poors and the needys, were so overwhelmed because among them you may find households who havnt done qurbani for the past five, or six years ago, and amongs them ages between 40 to 70 yrs could not even afford a 3 sq, meals in a day, neither had they money to sacrify animals for qurbani, so that the biggest moment for them or help have ever happen in the history. May Allah reward you aboudantly for executing this project to feeding thousands of people inshallah. Ustaz Hussaini told me he shall going to send you an email on Monday inshallah.
